Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs Ground beef 70%
  • 1 cup Pork rind crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 5 oz Evaporated milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup Primal Health Ketchup or other ketchup with no sugar added

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°. Grease broiler pan.
  • Combine all ingredients except ketchup, mixing until thoroughly blended.
  • Shape mixture into 6 loaves and place on broiler pan. Top loaves with ketchup.
