Ingredients

cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded (about 1.5 oz)

almond flour
super fine

egg
(I used Eggland's Best)

slice
cooked bacon
1
link
cooked breakfast sausage
(I used Jimmy Dean Pork & Turkey)

drops
Tabasco sauce
optional
Instructions
Preheat waffle maker.
Chop bacon and sausage into small pieces.
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Spread half the mixture into prepared mini waffle maker. Cook 3-5 minutes until light goes off and chaffle is dry and golden brown.
Remove from waffle maker and cool. Repeat for second chaffle.
