Ingredients
¾lbDeli Roast Beef(8 slices)
2cupsRao's Pasta Sauceor other low carb sauce, divided
1Eggslightly beaten
1tspItalian Seasoning
1tspGarlic Power
¼cupParmesan Cheese, Grated
1cupMozzarella Cheese, Whole Milk(4 oz), divided
1canFrench Fried Onions(2.8 oz), divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread 1/2 cup of pasta sauce on the bottom of a 12x8 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella and 1/2 can of the french fried onions.
Spoon equal amounts of the cheese mixture on the end of each beef slice. Roll up slices jelly-roll style and arrange, seem side down, in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over rolls.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until heated through. Top rolls with remaining mozzarella and onions. Bake for 3 minutes more or until cheese is melted and onions are golden brown.
