(about 1 slice)

Instructions
Mix together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper.
Heat skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add butter and melt.
Add egg mixture to pan. Immediately sprinkle cheese pieces over eggs. Cook, stirring constantly, until desired doneness.
