Ingredients
Crust

cup
mozzarella cheese
shredded (about 2.2 oz)

almond flour

garlic powder

Italian seasoning
Topping

low carb pizza sauce
(I used Rao's Margherita)

mozzarella cheese (for topping)
shredded (about 1.1 oz)

Pepperoni
Instructions
Preheat waffle maker.
Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
Spread mixture into prepared waffle maker. Cook 7-10 minutes until chaffle is dry and golden brown.
Remove from waffle maker and let cool for several minutes.
Top with sauce, cheese and your favorite toppings. Broil in an oven or toaster oven for a few minutes to melt cheese and heat toppings.
